I bought this frame when I decided to sell the single-speed and start commuting with gears. The buying process was fantastic; lots of email exchanges with Mark at Habanero Cycles prior to ordering to make sure I was getting the right size, etc. and he was very helpful on component/build-up questions I had. I know that one can buy titanium frames a little cheaper by working directly with companies in China, but my experience/observation has been that any markup is well worth it when considering the benefits of great US-local support (both when purchasing and availability of warranty, etc.). The frame itself is beautiful; the welds are clean and the finish is perfect. The seatpost binder works great and looks great. I love the versatility; I've been running it with full fenders as my daily commuter and then occasionally switching out for my CX wheelset for light off-road riding (and some CX racing).
On a specific note, I like that the frame runs all of the cables on the top tube -- keeping them out of the mud. This design does have the implication that you need a little pulley (which is provided) to run a bottom-pull front derailleur. That pulley can get gunked up if you aren't running full fenders (and esp. if doing any riding in mud, etc.). I ended up eventually just getting a top-pull front derailleur (Shimano CX70) which solved that problem permanently.
